In order to speed up the file saving, you had suggested that I turn off the Automatic Update for Bootstrap 3. That worked wonderfully!BUT... now that a new version of Bootstrap 3 came out, do I need to manually update the files? If so, how do I do that?

The "Automatic File Update" option in dreamewaver has nothing to do with the new version.
The Automatic File Update option only checks if the bootstrap links are placed in the <head></head> tags of your page.
In order to update the extension you only need to download and install the latest version from our website.
