Hello,
When opening a document (mydocument.html) generated with Bootstrap 3.0.0 and also 3.0.1, a '*' appears at the end of the document-name tab (mydocument.html*).
This is very misleading, because one can think the document has been modified by mistake.
Is it any reason ? Or can this be corrected in the next version.

Well, the (*) means the document is not saved.
When opening a document with bootstrap 3 places (*) there this means that you most probably did not disable the automatic file update in boostrapt 3 options, and every time you open the document, the includes are being checked:
