Form Button not working

Sorry this is strange, the extension is working fine uploading the file and inserting the record when the page is hit with a PC. But when some of my clients hit it with a mac, pressing the form button does nothing.
Any ideas?

I am having the same problem, but only using IE on a Mac. If Netscape is used on the Mac, it seems to work. I'm thinking it's a problem with the Mac version of IE.
