When using the "unique" setting for Conflict Handling and also using Insert Record to a database.

I know that I can have the filename of what is being uploaded also be inserted into the database. But if I am using the unique setting and someone uploads a filename that already exists and the "_1" gets added to the filename, does the filename that is being inserted also include the "_1" in the database?

Yes. Always the new filename - ie including the _1 - is stored in the database.
